1. Cancellations

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel a service that you have booked with Aspire to Grow Ltd T/A Jobsin, you must provide us with written notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled service or consultation date.
  • For retainer or ongoing consultancy agreements, a 30-day notice period is required to terminate the contract.
  • If cancellation is made with less than the required notice, you may be liable for a cancellation fee equivalent to [50%] of the agreed service fee or a portion of the retainer fee.

1.2 Aspire to Grow Ltd-Initiated Cancellations

  • Aspire to Grow Ltd reserves the right to cancel services or terminate contracts at its discretion, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances, breaches of contract, or failure to provide required information.
  • In such cases, Aspire to Grow Ltd will provide you with as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule or offer a refund as appropriate.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service not rendered: If Aspire to Grow Ltd fails to provide the agreed-upon service due to our actions or failures, you may be entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
  • Partial Service Delivery: If only part of the service has been delivered before cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the portion of the service that has been completed.
  • Overpayment: If you have accidentally overpaid for our services, we will refund the excess amount.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services The following services or payments are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consultations or services already provided: Once a service or consultation has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for that portion of the service.
  • Non-refundable deposits: If you have paid a deposit to secure our services, this deposit is generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
  • Expenses: Any third-party expenses or costs incurred on your behalf (such as materials, travel expenses, or software) are non-refundable.
