With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, Garry has a proven track record of building high-performing recruitment functions from the ground up. He’s led and scaled internal Talent Acquisition teams, developed robust hiring strategies, and delivered across a wide range of sectors including financial services, IT, engineering, and the environmental industry.
Garry’s expertise covers the full recruitment lifecycle: from proactive sourcing and strategic headhunting, to interview design, screening, onboarding, and retention planning. He also has a strong track record in employer branding and candidate experience, ensuring companies attract not just more candidates, but the right ones.
With over 25 years of experience in operations management, our co-founder Clare brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of compliance, budgeting, and audit processes - all critical elements when it comes to successful bid writing and tender support. She has worked across a range of sectors including retail, healthcare, and professional services, helping organisations navigate complex procurement frameworks, prepare compelling and compliant submissions, and deliver confidently on their commitments.
Clare has led end-to-end bid preparation - from gathering operational evidence and building delivery plans to developing accurate cost models and ensuring documentation meets the highest standards of scrutiny. Her work has helped small businesses win and retain contracts by presenting themselves as credible, capable partners.
Outside of work, Clare and Garry have a full and lively home life with their five children: Jake, Luke, Luke, Owen, and their youngest daughter, Emmy, who’s eight (as of 2025) and always busy with everything from cheer to swimming - and plenty more in between. They also share their home with four Frenchie’s: Ruby, JoJo, Suzie, and Amba.
Clare and Garry met in 2020, shortly before the Covid lockdown, and quickly discovered a shared love of great food, red wine, and planning holidays that blend adventure, history, and a touch of the exotic. Garry is a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter and dreams of travelling more to follow his team around the world - something Clare is more than happy to support, as she thoroughly enjoys the peace and quiet (when she gets the chance!).

David’s experience spans purchase and sales ledgers, payroll, financial reporting, and managing commercial contracts. He provides guidance on financial management, tax compliance, and strategic planning, with a focus on making finance more accessible and less overwhelming for small businesses.
From supporting end-of-year accounts to helping clients manage their day-to-day finances more effectively, David specialises in streamlining financial processes, improving cash flow, and aligning financial planning with business growth.
